We had 170 people (100 debaters plus coaches, judges and helpers) participate in the the weekend (April 16-17). Students from five provinces (Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia) debated five rounds on Saturday, followed by quarters, semis, and final rounds on Sunday. Students debate in novice or advanced categories based on experience.
Congratulations to Halifax Grammar School for placing first and congratulations to the team from Sacred Heart School of Halifax for placing second. The full results will be posted as soon as they are provided.
