Junior Primary Art Class!

Junior Primary Art Class!  Today the Junior Primaries were introduced to Vincent van Gogh and his depiction of nature through his paintings. Mrs. Spooner and the children talked about different textures: sticky, soft, spiky, rough, smooth, etc.. After looking at and touching a number of different textured objects found in the natural world the children were invited to choose something to replicate through their own paintings.
