On May the 15th, seven students from Sacred Heart High School and Fountain Academy of the Sacred Heart attended the Governor General’s Roundtable on Youth Engagement. We had the opportunity to discuss issues of meaningful engagement, barriers to becoming engaged, and what it means to innovate. In addition, we had the opportunity to hear from various guest speakers and the Governor General himself on the subject of what the role of young people in society should be.
