Sacred Heart High School Grade 11 Physics students made a wave machine in class this week to illustrate what happens to wave movement when it moves from one medium to another. It helps explain why light bends when it travels from air to water, for example.
They were so excited by their project that they invited some visitors from the Elementary School. They were very pleased that Mme Francis and Mr Kane brought their students up to see what they were doing.
