Big Sisters / Little Sisters is a mentoring program that matches each Grade 7 girl with a Grade 12 girl. We meet as a large group a few times a year and several other informal meetings take place in smaller groups. Our conversations include many helpful tips about studying and school life in general. The Grade 12s are excellent role models for the younger students and they provide lots of encouragement and reassurance. The energy between the two groups is very positive and today we enjoyed all of this at the Crossroads in the beautiful sunshine.
