Col. Chris Hadfield sends Greetings to Gr 5 Student Christophe Sylvestre!
Colonel Chris Hadfield sends greetings and encouragement to
Sacred Heart School of Halifax grade 5 student, Christophe Sylvestre. While finishing
his Science Expo project on Rockets, Christophe learned that Col. Chris
Hadfield was coming to Halifax for a speaking engagement at Dalhousie
University, hosted by the Dalhousie Rowe School of Business. Christophe was
excited to send Col. Hadfield a letter describing his dream of becoming an
astronaut. When the letter was passed along to Col. Hadfield, he was excited by
Christophe’s passion about building rockets and becoming an astronaut. The
famous Canadian astronaut kindly signed Christophe’s photograph:
