Ming Ling Tsay (Mandarin teacher at Sacred Heart) along with helpers, hosted an assembly with her Elementary School students to celebrate Chinese New Year. The students then created posters using animal symbols corresponding to the year they were born.
The Girls' High School and the Boys' High Schools also had special assembly presentations about Chinese New Year describing the culture and events associated with it.
