Chef Dale Alumnae/i Fundraising Event!

The Chef Dale cooking demonstration was held on Friday, February 27th at the home of alumna, Nicole Ferguson.  It was a wonderful event filled with lots of good food, laughter and friendship.  Alumna, Emma Adamski, was also with Chef Dale and provided her own food demonstrations as well.  What a night it was!  Thank you to Nicole and her family for hosting this event in her lovely home.  Thank you also to Chef Dale and to Emma for their time and talents.




The menu was
Basic Crepe Recipe 
filled with a mixture of cheese and cream on top of roasted red pepper coulis and 
topped with sauteed mushrooms and shredded Parmesan
Tuile Dough Recipe 
on top of homemade chocolate sauce and whipped cream with strawberries
Beet Cured Arctic Char
Lemon Dill Vinaigrette
"Everything Bagel" Mix
