Rachel Field, Gr. 12, Competes at National Concours in Ottawa

Rachel Field, Gr 12, recently competed at the National Concours Oratoire in Ottawa. As a Provincial Gold Medal winner, Rachel was invited to Ottawa last weekend to present her winning speech about her summer camp experience and how it has enriched her life. Rachel headed off to Ottawa right after the Headmistress' tea on Friday evening. On Saturday, Rachel presented her speech and came third in her category. Bravo Rachel! The rest of the weekend was spent enjoying our Nation's Capital "en français" with students from across Canada, some of students are friends from Rachel's visit to Nationals last year. Félicitations Rachel! Nous sommes fiers de toi! We are very proud of you!
