Grade 1 Student: Social Awareness which Impels to Action

Ruby Lumsden, Grade 1, joined the Friends of McNabs Island Society this past weekend. She travelled out to the island and spent a full "Goal 3" (a social awareness which impels to action) day cleaning garbage up from around the beaches. They were there for about six hours, so she showed great stamina for a 6 year old!
