This has been an exemplary year for Track and Field at Sacred Heart. The athletes trained from the time we returned from March break until NSSAF Provincial Championships in early June. Our athletes during the year have established 21 personal bests, and either broke or created 8 new school records. This year our athletes brought home five provincial medals and a 4th place overall finish in the province in division 4. Noteworthy performances: Bailey Francis who won the Senior Girls’ Triple Jump and finished 2nd in the Long Jump, and Maggie Smith who medaled in three events.
