On Friday, September 2 the grade nine girls went on a field trip to Cape Split. The 16 km hike helped them to achieve some of the outcomes of their grade 9 physical education program as well as introduced them to the adventurous journey component of the Duke of Edinburgh Award Program.
The weather was ideal for the trek and the students took full advantage of outdoor workout and the beautiful scenery.
