Friday Fitness in Elementary School

Sacred Heart Elementary School have various fitness exercise programs on Friday afternoon.  Below are photos of two members of the Murphy's Karate Academy teaching the children Karate moves.  There are also photos of Ms. Cainen, a certified Zumba instructor, conducting a Zumba class.
